After breakfast, we embark on our cycling journey from Negombo to Kalpitiya, traversing along minor roads towards the northern part of the island. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to witness the vibrant blend of cultures and religions in the Negombo area.  Upon completing the ride, we’ll securely rack up the bikes and transfer the remaining distance to the hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be transferred from Kalpitiya to Anuradhapura. We’ll secure the bikes and proceed with the transfer to Anuradhapura. Upon arrival, we’ll commence our cycling exploration in the oldest city of Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. Anuradhapura served as the capital of the Sinhalese Kingdom until the beginning of the 11th Century AD, boasting some of the oldest and largest monuments in Asia. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Anuradhapura, reflecting on the day’s discoveries.

Relax and unwind in Anuradhapura for a full day, taking in the peaceful ambiance and rich history of the ancient city. Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.

After breakfast, we ride from Anuradhapura to Sigiriya, stopping at Ritigala Nature Reserve en route. Following a bike rack-up, we’re transferred to Sigiriya to climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock, a 5th-century citadel. Highlights include Ritigala Nature Reserve and Sigiriya Lion Rock. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

• Cycling time: approximately 2 to 3 hours (80km).

After breakfast, we enjoy a relaxed ride from Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa. Polonnaruwa served as the second capital of Sri Lanka after the destruction of Anuradhapura in 993. Following the bike rack-up, we transfer back to the hotel in Sigiriya. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

• Cycling time: approximately 2 to 3 hours (60km).

After breakfast, we begin our ride. Following the ride, we rack up the bikes and transfer the remaining distance to Kandy. En route, you can visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. Overnight stay in Kandy.

• Cycling time: approximately 3 to 4 hours (80km) – based on your preference on the way to Kandy.

After breakfast, we set out for a ride to the Hanthana Mountain Range. Highlights include the Ceylon Tea Museum and the Hanthana Tea Plantation Trail Ride. Following the ride, we rack up the bikes and transfer back to the hotel in Kandy. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Kandy.

• Cycling time: approximately 3 to 4 hours (110km).

Enjoy a full day of relaxation at your hotel in Kandy. Optionally, you can take a city tour to explore key attractions such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy Market, and Upper Lake Drive. After a day of leisure or exploration, settle in for a comfortable overnight stay in Kandy.

After breakfast, we embark on a scenic ride from Kandy to Ella. Along the way, enjoy highlights such as Ramboda Falls, Victoria Park, Gregory Lake, and a Tea Factory and Plantation. Rest for the night in Ella, surrounded by the beauty of the Sri Lankan landscape.

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a cycling journey from Ella to Tissamaharamaya. Along the way, enjoy highlights such as Ravana Falls, Ravana Caves, and Buduruwagala Temple. Rest for the night in Tissamaharamaya, ready to continue your adventure the next day.

• Cycling time: approximately 2 to 3 hours (50km).

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Galle. Upon arrival, you can relax at your hotel for the rest of the day. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and unwind from your journey. Overnight stay in Galle, where you can rejuvenate for the adventures ahead.

In the morning, we begin our cycling adventure in Galle City. Immerse yourself in the gentle pace of country life as we explore the lagoon, mangroves, and villages around Galle and Unawatuna. Overnight stay in Galle, where you can unwind after a day of exploration.

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Bentota. We’ll ride through the city, experiencing highlights such as the Kande Vihara Temple and Lunuganga. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Bentota, ready to explore more of this beautiful coastal town.
